Aim
The “Lumina Leadership Profile” helps each participant to identify their strengths and weaknesses so that they can draw up their own development strategy and nurture their unique personality.
Content
Before the programme starts, participants carry out their own on-line Lumina leadership profile. This helps them raise awareness of their own talents, resources and risks, and then to discover their natural leadership style.
The results of the Lumina profile, which are confidential and debriefed individually by a coach, help participants define their needs and avenues for improvement.
The resulting leadership profile comprises eight dimensions and 24 attributes. Three “persona” are described: your daily “persona”, your natural “persona” and your “persona” under stress.
A leader’s strengths and areas for improvement are highlighted in various situations: during interaction with a team, while communicating, and while dealing with challenging situations.
Thanks to the debriefing with the coach, each participant can begin to reflect on their career development goals before the training seminars begin.
