Introduction

 

Participants in “Trajectoire” get a comprehensive development programme based on a multi-modal course.

The programme comprises a course of four themed training days, held approximately every five weeks. It takes place within a prestige learning environment, in which participants enjoy feedback from their peers and from the ‘coordinator’ coach.

The size of the groups facilitates networking and personal development, which continues during the inter-session sessions.

Aims

·  To help participants accomplish their objectives and support their career development plan

· To help participants become aware of their own strengths and of their key avenues of personal development

· To encourage empowerment and visibility

Content 

Led by a coach, this group seminar is organised in cohorts of ten participants from the Group’s six business segments. This small number of participants increases the opportunities for sharing, feedback and experimentation.

The preferred teaching method is group coaching, which encourages participants to challenge themselves, raises their awareness and encourages them to interact with each other. Feedback between peers, encouraged by the coach, helps participants to better assimilate what they have learned and progress throughout the programme.

Input, experience sharing, case studies and teaching exercises alternate throughout the seminar.
