The programme

“Trajectoire” is a multi-modal training programme packed with educational and complementary experiences. Its diverse training modules and resources invite participants to get involved and role play through a combination of individual and group sessions.

"Promoting gender balance drives performance and accelerates the transformation of our organisations. As a source of creativity and cohesion, it makes us stronger in relation to our competitors and better reflects the diversity in society and therefore of our customers as well.
For this reason we have launched a concerted plan of action to ramp up the promotion of high-flyer women in the Group towards executive positions within the management committees of our entities. The creation of the “Trajectoire” training programme, which is aimed at our women colleagues in all the business segments, forms part of this objective."

Olivier Roussat

Group Chief Executive Officer

"We want to show the strength of our ambition in terms of gender balance by using ground-breaking methods. Supporting the promotion of high-flyer women within the Group is one of the drivers. The “Trajectoire” programme provides them with the specific time and space.
Women should be able to flourish in all the aspects of our business activities. We must change attitudes and open up new possibilities."

Jean-Manuel Soussan

Group Senior Vice-President, Director of Human Resources

What are the objectives of Trajectoire?

  • To prepare high-flyer women to take on broader roles (Executive Committees/Management Committees)

  • To develop their individual and collective impact

  • To support their career goals

  • To boost their networks and visibility

What makes the Trajectoire programme stand out?

Participants in “Trajectoire” get a comprehensive development programme based on a multi-modal course. It is based on four main strands:

PROJECT: participants are asked to think about their career goals, so that they can:

  • identify their target positions

  • define their career development plan through self-diagnosis, interaction with their peers and meetings with female role models

POSTURE: through personalised coaching combined with co-development sessions, each participant is able to identify their leadership profile and talents and develop their posture as a leader as well as their impact.

PRESENCE: support is provided to participants to boost their communications skills by putting into practice the tools of personal marketing, vision and message in order to increase their visibility and influence.

BRIDGE TO THE FUTURE: via a learning review and a discussion about the Group’s gender balance policy, each participant can familiarise themselves with the unwritten rules of being a Group senior executive and identify their target positions.
