The programme

“Perspective” is a multi-modal development course for managers in the six business segments to help them better comprehend the various responsibilities of a senior executive within the Group.

"To deal with the challenges of CSR, the digital transformation and the changing behaviour of our customers, support for our managers is more crucial than ever since they will be responsible for our future successes.
Personal development is therefore a key driver of the collective performance of teams.
The “Perspective” programme is more than just a training course, it is an ecosystem of resources, experiences and sharing that aims to prepare managers for wider responsibilities within the business segments."

Olivier Roussat

Group Chief Executive Officer

Who is Perspective for?

The “Perspective” programme is for high-flyer managers in the business segments, who have been identified by their senior management and Human Resources department as having strong potential.

Participants for the course are proposed by their Director of Human Resources and then confirmed by their business segment CEO.

What are the aims of Perspective?

  • To create opportunities for meetings between participants and Group senior management

  • To encourage the creation of strong networks between the six business segments

  • To develop the individual and collective impact of managers

  • To prepare managers to address tomorrow’s challenges in a changing world

How is the Perspective programme designed?

The “Perspective” programme is based on three priority areas:

  • Participants are asked to reflect on their managerial practices and action, the development of resources to encourage engagement and to develop their strengths

  • Participants are asked to open up to other environments to anticipate, experiment and draw inspiration from new practices and encourage initiative taking and innovation

  • There will also be time for interaction with peers in order to bolster team spirit, mutual assistance and for enlisting collective intelligence and cooperation
