The programme

The “Campus” programme provides Group Management Meeting managers, as well as volunteer members from the “Perspective” and “Trajectoire” programmes, a place for sharing and learning focused on the individual development of each participant and on the strengthening of managerial cooperation between the six business segments.

"Imparting expertise and Respect are two of the Group’s core values. The managers in our business segments are ambassadors who embody these fundamentals of our culture that IMB has promoted since its creation.
However, they must now face an increasingly complex world in which practices are challenged and where they must both put their beliefs to the test and come up with new forms of cooperation for tomorrow. IMB’s “Campus” programme offers them this space for sharing, interaction and learning that is necessary for the demands of their role."

Jean-Manuel Soussan

Group Senior Vice-President, Director of Human Resources

Who is the Campus programme for?

“Campus” is for all permanent members of Group Management Meetings and invited managers, as well as for managers from support departments (HR, Legal, Finance, etc.)

Some “Campus” seminars are optional where participation is not obligatory. Managers are invited to use this site to enrol here for certain strategic themes chosen by senior management.

What does the Campus programme offer?

“Campus” seminars are based on 3 different themes:

Culture & Values: to comprehend and embody the Group’s culture and values, to fully understand the complexity of the regulatory, human resources and financial environment

Sustainable development pledges & Tomorrow: to understand and fully comprehend the Group’s sustainable development challenges, to prepare for the impacts of the digital and technological transformation, to stimulate innovation

Leadership & Management: to challenge your practices, to understand the issues related to diversity and new expectations, to look at the bigger picture

What are the aims of the Campus programme?

  • To bring managers together around the fundamentals of the Group’s culture and pledges

  • To facilitate networking and sharing between peers

  • To encourage managers to look at the bigger picture and reflect about their practices

“Campus” is an opportunity for cross-disciplinary contact between the business segments and the different professions of the Bouygues group. It encourages the creation of strong networks between managers capable of driving cooperation between all the Group’s entities and increased knowledge of all its business activities.

The initiatives proposed complement those rolled out by the six business segments and neither duplicate nor replace the training plans implemented at the local level.
