On 9 November, we brought together the women forming the first Trajectoire intake (2022/2023) to close their journey, in the presence of the entity’s talent managers and programme coaches.

On the agenda: a review of the cohort’s progress, a presentation of the Bouygues group’s talent policy, and discussions on opportunities to continue learning about the Group’s strategic challenges.

The conference on “situational intelligence” led by Valérie Rocoplan, CEO of Talentis, was very well received. In his closing speech, Jean-Manuel Soussan underlined the importance of networking to seize mobility opportunities within the Group.
