Yes, the portal is fully accessible from all devices.
How can my assistant access the portal?
Simply send the website access link to your assistant. Access is unrestricted internally.
Enrolment for seminars
How do I enrol for a training course?
If you are a member of a programme (Campus, Perspective or Trajectoire), you can enrol for the seminars available on the relevant page. Select a seminar, scroll down, click " Pre-enrolment" and fill out the form. You will receive a notification confirming our enrolment.
How can I find out about upcoming IMB events?
All upcoming IMB events are displayed on the calendar and on each seminar page.
Are the training sessions available in several languages?
The training sessions are conducted in French or English depending on the language of the participants.
Who are the trainers who lead the training sessions?
The trainers are recognised experts in their field: you can find more about the speakers by going to the relevant seminar page.
Why are some seminars marked as being "Not available"?
"Not available" means that the seminar is already full, or that participation is reserved for certain members of the programme.

What is the duration of a training course?
The duration of the training courses depends on the topic or the programme. You can find out more about each training course on the relevant seminar page.
Is it possible to train remotely?
IMB offers in-person training courses, with the exception of the Trajectoire programme.
What should I do if an unexpected event prevents me from attending a training course?
In case of an unexpected event, please notify the IMB team as soon as possible. Any late cancellation (less than 15 days) will be charged to your entity.
