Inclusive management

Introduction

Gender balance and diversity have been a priority in the Bouygues group’s strategic agenda since 2017. These two themes are part of an overall plan of action being led by senior management.

Fighting stereotypes and bias is a major driver in changing perceptions and encouraging each person to change their attitude in order to promote the growth of diversity within the company.

This requires an overall approach, and not just one based on gender, to change perceptions of gender balance and build diversified and inclusive structures at every level of the Group.

This seminar invites participants to challenge their practices and get personally involved in inclusive management as a way of boosting the performance of their organisation.
